It is talking about the truth of what guys thinking and what girls thinking...but why name it as an ugly truth???not the truth???
If you wacth this movie before you shall know....

Actually mostly Guys thinking is easy....all is about sex, love, money....and pretty sexy lady....
Then what's girl thinking???
MUch more easy to guess it....mostly girls is thinking about handsome guy, rich guy, good guy, having a nice body shape guy.....
Everyone wont tell you what kind of person they wish to have for their entire life....because if you know it....it defenitely an UGLY TRUTH....^^
